Safe Spaces

The Socialist Society aims to be a safe space for all its members.

The society holds a zero tolerance stance towards discrimination, as outlined in our safe spaces policy.

The safe-spaces sub-committee works to ensure the policy is being upheld, and will take action if they deem the policy to have been breached, or believe the policy is at risk of being breached.

The safe-spaces sub-committee (2013/14) currently has the following members:

• Amy Shinzaki (Black & Minority Ethnic Officer)
• David Arnold (Disability and Mental Health Officer)
